ABOUT THE PROJECT

 

Built in 2016, Bainbridge developed this Suburban Durham Project through a long entitlement process and neighborhood collaboration. It is a one building, four story project with 200 units, ranging from one to three bedroom layouts, designed with a fully enclosed double-loaded corridor apartment along with highly amenetized club components including beach style pool access, access controlled bike storage, multiple outdoor grilling and dining areas, plus an outdoor firepit and lounge for gathering.
