The Exchange is an upscale, 132-unit market rate apartment community located in New Brighton, MN. Named after the bank that formerly resided on this site, this project is nestled into an already well-established commercial development adjacent to Silver Lake Road and provides much needed multi-family housing to the area. The site location provides the residents the luxury of being within walking distance of a variety of retail and commercial establishments while the convenience to the nearby highway is a great benefit for commuters.
