Established in 2026, Terralume Signature Memory Care is a boutique memory care community in Minnetonka, thoughtfully designed exclusively for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Nestled alongside 13 acres of wetlands just off Wayzata Boulevard, the community pairs secure, purpose-driven design with warm, inviting spaces filled with natural light.

Its intimate size and multiple gathering areas create a comfortable, easy-to-navigate environment that promotes connection, familiarity, and peace of mind. Every aspect of the residence, from the building layout to staff training, has been carefully crafted to support the unique needs of memory care residents. Terralume was designed to provide comfortable surroundings with amenities such as a entry seating area, craft area, hair and nail salon, a sunroom, tub room, dining with piano, and a screened in porch.
