The Villas at Pleasant Ave is an affordable, age restricted 55+ community and the second phase of a three-part development in the heart of Burnsville, MN. The site includes an existing market-rate building, with a future affordable 55+ property planned by the same developer. 

 

Designed with natural materials and classic details, the interiors create a serene and comfortable atmosphere while remaining budget-friendly for residents. The interiors design team drew inspiration from timeless wood elements, organic forms, and modern accents to establish a clean, comfortable aesthetic throughout the community. 

 

Together, these design choices shape welcoming spaces where residents can gather with loved ones, connect with neighbors, or enjoy a quiet moment with a good book.
