This vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood offers residents convenient access to downtown attractions, trails, and multi-modal transportation options.

Over 6,500 square feet of community amenities are thoughtfully programmed to support a vibrant lifestyle. These include a clubhouse with a fitness studio, yoga and group fitness areas, sauna, and an indoor pool, creating opportunities for year-round wellness. The design promotes a lifestyle centered around well-being, social connection, and personal fulfillment.

Residents can entertain in The Lounge, which connects to The Deck, featuring outdoor dining, a firepit, and a kitchen with gas grills. Additional amenities—such as a multi-sport simulator, grandkids’ corner, library, pet wash, and off-leash dog run—offer endless options for active and engaged living.

The interior design embraces a refined neutral palette enriched with carefully curated metallic materials, resulting in a sophisticated and modern aesthetic that residents can enjoy as they downsize to a stress-free, relaxed feel in their new home.
