Payton Gin is an affordable 5-story, 176 unit apartment community located in Austin, TX. 

PROJECT SUMMARY

 

Sitting on a 24-acre site, the project is composed of six separate apartment buildings that encompass a central green and clubhouse. The High Line Canal runs along the site’s eastern edge, and its adjacent walking trail connects residents to both nature and their neighborhood.

The clubhouse offers shared amenities such as fitness spaces for both adults and kids, community room, co-working area, locker rooms, and a dog washing station.
