ABOUT THE PROJECT

 

Working with longtime client, Charter, we at Watts Leaf Architects collaborated with Caro-Con Construction and DRG Engineering to craft luxury walk-up apartments near Charlotte Metro. Strategically off 485, our design integrates noise screening and preserves lush tree cover. Encompassing half a mile, the 300-unit project boasts an expansive clubhouse with pool, concierge services, dog/car wash areas, and more. Thoughtful placement of townhomes and carriage buildings at the perimeter ensures a harmonious blend of density and scale for the community.
