Welcome to Coddle Creek Apartments, a testament to thoughtful design and architectural innovation. This 328-unit masterpiece is nestled in the heart of Concord, NC, boasting a prime location near the bustling Amazon Fulfillment Center.

 

Crafted with precision, the apartments unfold across three-story garden buildings and two-story townhouses, seamlessly integrated into the undulating landscape of this challenging topography. As architects, we took on the challenge with enthusiasm, ensuring that the buildings not only accommodate the natural grade but also harmonize with the picturesque surroundings.

 

Preserving the essence of the land, majestic trees and enchanting ravines have been meticulously conserved, adding a touch of tranquility to the community. The garden-style apartments showcase meticulous one and two-bedroom floor plans, while the townhouses offer expansive three-bedroom units, each equipped with convenient attached garages.
