The Bluffs of Flagstaff is a Senior Living project in Flagstaff, Arizona, which opened in Fall
2022. The project features 123 independent living units with decks or balconies as well as 64 assisted living units and 18 fully-accessible memory care units. Amenities include shared outdoor community courtyard spaces, on-site dining, living room, theater, library, salon, exercise/workout spaces, leasable garage, covered parking stalls, leasable tenant storage units, on-site staff and security, and an indoor therapy pool.
