Aventon Pearl, built in the Greater Charlston South Carolina Area is a 100 million dollar development with hard costs of 89 million dollars. It was developed by Aventon Development out of Raleigh North. 

It contains 394 apartment units comprised of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedrooms.  The campus also contains a robust clubhouse, mail building, trash facilities, maintenance, carriage houses and gate house. It is a great example of Mid-Atlantic Coastal Architecture.  

The design and production process was a year in the making leading to a smooth construction process.
