About the Project

 

Situated in the picturesque town of Holly Springs, North Carolina, just outside of southwest Raleigh in Wake County, Andorra Apartments is a magnificent residential project consisting of 12 three-story apartment buildings. Each building boasts a total of 288 modern units, with some even featuring basements across three levels. The site itself presents a unique challenge, with a ravine and creek dividing the property. However, the innovative design seamlessly connects both sides, creating a harmonious and unified living environment. Offering a variety of floor plans, ranging from one to three bedrooms, these garden-style apartments are designed to cater to every individual's needs. The exterior of the buildings showcases a stunning combination of stone and cementitious siding, available in both horizontal and board and batten styles. Andorra Apartments is truly a testament to the artistry and expertise of the project team.
