ABOUT THE PROJECT 

 

Amira Bloomington is a 55+ independent senior living community featuring spacious, pet-friendly apartments and a robust selection of amenities. Floor plans include one, two, and three-bedroom layouts that boast 9-foot-high ceilings, large windows that maximize natural light, luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as premium fixtures and finishes.

Other notable apartment features include quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, under-cabinet lighting, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. All apartment layouts include a private deck and patio from which residents can enjoy the beautiful views of the landscaped grounds.

Inside the complex is a yoga studio and fitness center, art studio, hobby shop, club room. Outdoors, beautifully landscaped spaces include a pool and sundeck, lush community gardens, pickleball courts, and a rooftop lounge area complete with a fire pit. 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Located very close to Mt Normandale Lake which has a robust trail system and public park areas. 
  • This project is part of a master plan two-building development which included Amira Choice Bloomington (assisted living) to the east. The two buildings are physically connected so that the residents from Amira can go over to events at Amira Choice or get a meal at the in-house Pub.
