Alto Apartments are an Affordable Multi-Family Housing project in Maricopa, Arizona.

 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Project taken over from another team that could not meet project timeline nor project budget. We met both timeline and project budget.
  • Exterior amenities: pool, pool deck, grilling area, gaming area, play area, and two dog parks.
  • Infrastructure installed for 20 future EV stations
  • Solar panel cart ports throughout the development
