ABOUT THE PROJECT

Volta will bring 172 affordable apartments to The Heart of the City in Burnsville, Minnesota. Roers Companies is proud to help address the need for quality affordable apartments in this area. Our in-house general contracting team will lead construction efforts on the project. Volta welcomed its first residents in Spring 2026. 

Architecture team includes Christian Borgan, Srabontee Chowdhury, Matthew Rhein, Wes Sweetland, & Jason Verrett. Interior Design team includes Nadine Smith & Mai Xiong

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Community amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, yoga studio, work from home lounge, sundeck, tot lot, dog park, and grilling area.
• Unit amenities include stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, designer light fixtures, luxury vinyl tile flooring, walk-in closets, tile backsplash in kitchen and designer light fixtures.
• Unit mix includes 1- to 3-bedroom floorplans.
