Roers Companies is proud to help address the need for quality affordable apartments in this area. Our in-house general contracting team will lead construction efforts on the project. Volta welcomed its first residents in Spring 2026.    Architecture team includes Christian Borgan, Srabontee Chowdhury, Matthew Rhein, Wes Sweetland, & Jason Verrett.
