PROJECT SUMMARY

 Established in 2026, Terralume Signature Memory Care is a boutique memory care community in Minnetonka, thoughtfully designed exclusively for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Nestled alongside 13 acres of wetlands just off Wayzata Boulevard, the community pairs secure, purpose-driven design with warm, inviting spaces filled with natural light.

Its intimate size and multiple gathering areas create a comfortable, easy-to-navigate environment that promotes connection, familiarity, and peace of mind. Every aspect of the residence, from the building layout to staff training, has been carefully crafted to support the unique needs of memory care residents. Offering  exclusively studio floor plans, Terralume provides personalized care in an elegant setting where comfort, safety, and dignity come first. 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• All Terralume care team members are trained in Alzheimer's and dementia support leaving resident's needs to be met with patience, respect, skill and personalized support.
• Terralume was designed to provide comfortable surroundings with amenities such as a entry seating area, craft area, hair and nail salon, a sunroom, tub room, dining with piano, and a screened in porch.
• All units are studio floor plans ranging from 356 - 376 sqft.
