Roers Companies was pleased to submit this Concept Plan Application for Woody Mountain Apartments, a proposed 221-unit, 3-story affordable housing development on approximately 10.56 gross/net acres located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 66 and Alvin. Clark Way in the City of Flagstaff. The site is located within the Timber Sky Master Plan.
Woody Mountain Apartment is a 221-unit affordable housing development that consists of five 3-story garden style apartments, one 3-story apartment over a covered garage, and a 1-story clubhouse/leasing building. The development will not be a gated community.
The residential buildings have been placed adjacent to the street frontage to provide a building edge to the project. Various building types have been clustered around the main open space area in the middle of the site to provide easy access to the central civic space.
The common amenity areas include both active and passive open space areas. The clubhouse building will feature the leasing office, fitness center, club room, coffee bar, and business center/co-workspace.
Timber Sky has provided a 10-foot wide FUTS trail along U.S. Route 66 which will be accessible to the residents.
Humphreys and San Francisco Peaks are located to the north and northeast respectively and Mount Elden located to the east of the City.
