ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Pillars of Hermantown is a thoughtfully designed senior living community located just outside Duluth, Minnesota. Created to support aging in place with dignity and comfort, this project offers a continuum of care from independent living through assisted living and memory care—all within a warm, inviting environment. The architectural design prioritizes resident well-being through natural light, strong connections to the outdoors, and flexible gathering spaces that promote community and engagement. Featuring modern amenities, welcoming interiors, and a variety of unit types, the layout balances privacy with opportunities for social connection. Thoughtful details throughout—such as cozy lounges, a chapel, salon, and dining venues—reflect a commitment to enriching the everyday lives of residents. Designed in partnership with Ebenezer Senior Living, The Pillars of Hermantown is a community rooted in comfort, care, and a deep understanding of the people it serves.
