Park View Terrace

PROJECT SUMMARY

Park View Terrace is a senior affordable apartment community located in Moorhead, MN. The scope of work included milling, overlaying, and restriping of the driveway and parking areas, adding new community patio with improvements to landscaping. The project also included new windows, a new roof, added insulation, tuckpointing, concrete repairs, and upgraded trash enclosures. 

Significant common area renovations were completed, including updates to the management office suite and the addition of a community room featuring a new kitchen, fireplace lounge, and three-season porch. Additional improvements included a new mail area, laundry room, PT/OT room, salon, accessible restrooms, and new lounges for residents and employees on the upper floors. 

Substantial mechanical upgrades were made, such as HVAC system improvements, a hot water recirculation system upgrade, added corridor cooling, an updated resident entry system, and a new security camera system. 

In the units, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, bathroom vanities, and floorings were replaced to complete the renovation.
