The scope of work included milling, overlaying, and restriping of the driveway and parking areas, adding new community patio with improvements to landscaping. The project also included new windows, a new roof, added insulation, tuckpointing, concrete repairs, and upgraded trash enclosures.    Significant common area renovations were completed, including updates to the management office suite and the addition of a community room featuring a new kitchen, fireplace lounge, and three-season porch.
