#### PROJECT SUMMARY

 

Zvago Lake Superior is a 51-unit age restricted cooperative on the edge of Lake Superior. Residents will be part of a vibrant senior community in this walkable Duluth, MN neighborhood. The building has a contemporary aesthetic and units feature spacious floor plans, high end finishes, balconies, and high ceilings. 

 

Community amenities include a large gathering room with a kitchen and pantry, multiple game rooms, wi-fi lounge, business center, fitness center, hobby shop, and heated underground parking. 

 

The project is oriented to maximize daylight while providing a scenic overlook of Lake Superior, the surrounding wooded hills, and adjacent creek. The building has excellent views of port traffic coming in and out of Duluth through Lake Superior.
