ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Waters of Pewaukee, located 25 minutes west of Milwaukee, offers a continuum of care from
independent living and assisted living to memory care. Nestled in 24.6 wooded acres near the Pewaukee lakefront, this is the first project designed for The Waters that offers independent living
cottages (15 twin homes; 30 units total) integrated into the overall campus design. The main senior
living building consists of 131 units in a variety of sizes and care levels.
