PROJECT SUMMARY

The Brant at Gretna is a 137-unit senior living building near Omaha, Nebraska with independent, assisted, and memory care living.

A variety of amenities are available to resident including a fitness center, salon, golf simulator, theatre, lounges, and underground parking. The independent living portion of the building is a 4-story wood construction while the assisted living and memory care portions are 3-story steel stud.

The central clubhouse also referenced as the town center, features a large dining area, offices, a pub, bistro, and library.
