Key Design & Amenity Features

  • Accessible & Functional Design: Apartments are built with accessibility in mind. The design strikes a balance between aesthetics, comfort, and usability.

  • Modern Finishes & Layouts: Interiors include plank flooring, kitchen islands, generous storage, in-unit laundry, and well-proportioned room layouts allowing for flexible living.

  • Community & Shared Spaces: On-site resident lounge, fitness center, coworking spaces. These shared amenities are designed to enrich daily life—supporting both work and relaxation.

  • Pet-friendly & Walkable Setting: Features considerate of pets; the neighborhood is walkable, and natural elements and outdoor access help tie residents to Bozeman’s landscape.

  • Neighborhood Integration: Close proximity to Montana State University, downtown, hiking trails (e.g. “the ‘M’ hike”), Bridger Bowl, and daily retail / food / grocery options. The location positions residents well for commuting, recreation, and neighborhood engagement.
