PROJECT SUMMARY

Sundance Apartment Homes offer the perfect balance of rental freedom and residential stability. 

The exterior design for this project is a fresh and clean palette that can compliment anyone’s lifestyle.  The white and light gray siding is a combination of lap and board & batten textures.  The single hung windows are oversized and the black frames stand out as a bold expression.  The garage doors are accented with windows and decorative barn light fixtures illuminate each entry door.  And finally, there are warm wood features on all sides of the buildings with the truss and bracket details.  

This design is what we call ‘four-sided architecture’, meaning each side of the building is treated as the ‘front’ with equal amounts material and detail expression.  There is no ‘back’ to these buildings, they are all designed as ‘fronts’.
