Spring House Apartments was constructed on a vacant parcel in the SW quadrant of Highway 610 & 47 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This four-story building with 168 workforce housing apartments features one level of underground parking, a fitness center, multiple community amenity areas, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. All apartments, consisting of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units will be affordable to residents making 60% AMI or less.
