Silver Creek on Main started as a 197 unit senior living community that included two floors of Memory Care, two floors of Assisted Living, and a dedicated wing of Independent Living with a separate entrance. Central common areas serve as the hub for health and wellness, featuring a collegiate sized swimming pool, a HydroWorx treadmill rehabilitation pool designed for hip and knee recovery, and a fully staffed 10,000 square foot fitness center. Residents also have access to two restaurants and a bistro offering professionally prepared meals, along with convenient grab-and-go options. This was completed in 2015.
The second phase was completed in 2020 and added 75 senior living units to the north end of the existing building.
