Completed in 2017, Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center offers 158 senior apartments in Brooklyn Center, MN with on site services that support residents’ daily needs.

#### PROJECT SUMMARY

Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center is a four story senior living community with 156 assisted living and 2 memory care apartments, offering a mix of studios and one bedroom units. Assisted living apartments feature oversized windows, 9-foot ceilings, generous storage, and comfortable, home like amenities.

The community offers dining options, spaces for social engagement and life enrichment, creative arts and wellness studios, a salon, and outdoor amenity areas designed to support an active lifestyle. Memory care includes studio apartments with smaller scale common areas and secured gardens, providing a familiar and supportive environment. The design encourages connection, purpose, and overall physical, intellectual, and emotional wellbeing.
