#### PROJECT SUMMARY

 

Flourish Senior Living is a five-story apartment building with in-home health care services located in Golden Valley, MN.

 

Flourish features a large community room with residential kitchen for scheduled and unscheduled group activities. There is also a fitness room, pub room, welcoming fireplace lounge, resident storage rooms, and underground garage parking. 

 

The building was designed to be inviting and comfortable for seniors, and their extended families and guests. Each apartment home has compact, combined heating/cooling systems with color coordinated grills to match the exterior, and some first-level units have private entries with pet-friendly walkouts and patios.
