The four-story building offers 169 units and an underground garage across 273,826 square feet and provides residents with quick access to Minneapolis along with nearby natural retreats like the Mississippi Regional Trail and Commons Park.   Developed for Roers Companies, Callisto Commons was recognized as a 2026 Finance & Commerce Top Project. The community participates in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, with maximum income limits set at 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).   The property features a mix of one to three-bedroom floorplans designed for comfortable, modern living. Each home comes standard with in-home laundry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and LVP flooring.
