Aventon Kit Creek Apartments is a thoughtfully designed multifamily community in Cary, North Carolina. The project emphasizes connectivity, modern living, and neighborhood integration, with light-filled interiors, inviting communal spaces, and durable materials that support long-term sustainability.

PROJECT SUMMARY

 

Sitting on a 24-acre site, the project is composed of six separate apartment buildings that encompass a central green and clubhouse. The High Line Canal runs along the site’s eastern edge, and its adjacent walking trail connects residents to both nature and their neighborhood.

The clubhouse offers shared amenities such as fitness spaces for both adults and kids, community room, co-working area, locker rooms, and a dog washing station.
