Its four residential buildings offer 198 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across more than 324,000 square feet. The site posed a significant challenge with over 80% of the property has slopes of 10% or more. Working closely with our project partners, we found a solution. A multi-tiered retaining wall was placed on the south side of the property with main floor entries on the uphill side and a basement level emerging at the downhill edge. Additional retaining walls were added on the east, west, and north side of the site.   Thanks to the retaining wall on the east side of the property, residents enjoy views of the tree canopy from the pool and patio area. Nearby, a pergola with lounge seating and a grilling area create space for neighbors to gather, and a dog run serves residents with pets.
